ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be original purchaser of DWe kit.

2. Must be purchased through an authorized DW Drums dealer.

3. Proof of purchase required for verification.

4. Applies to DWe 4-piece drum kit bundles and 4-piece shell packs purchased between June 15, 2026, through August 31, 2026. Exotic Curly Maple Finish drums are excluded from this offer.

5. Claim must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.

1. THE OFFER

Purchase a new, qualifying DWe 4-Piece Shell Pack or DWe 4-Piece Complete Kit Bundle from an Authorized DW Drums Dealer during the Promotional Period and receive one (1) DWe 8x10" Add-On Tom drum free of charge, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. STRICT PRODUCT EXCLUSIONS

This promotion applies strictly to standard finish configurations of DWe 4-piece shell packs and 4-piece complete kit bundles. The DWe Exotic Curly Maple Finish is completely excluded from this offer. Purchases of Exotic Curly Maple kits do not qualify for a promotional add-on item, voucher, or alternative remedy. B-stock, floor models, open-box items, used equipment, and refurbished kits are explicitly excluded from this promotion.

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for the promotional item, claimants must fulfill all of the following criteria:

Original Purchaser: Must be the original end-user retail purchaser. This offer is non-transferable. Limit one (1) promotional claim per household, per qualifying receipt, and per serial number.

Authorized Dealer Network: Qualifying products must be purchased directly from an authorized DW Drums dealer. Purchases made through unauthorized resellers, liquidation sites, or gray-market channels are void.

Verification Protocol: Claimants must submit a legible copy of their dated sales receipt or invoice clearly showing the dealer name, purchase date, eligible model, and purchase price. Valid serial numbers for the 4-piece kit must be provided at the time of submission.

4. FULFILLMENT TIMELINE & STATE STATUTORY COMPLIANCE

Standard Delivery Window: Please allow up to 16 weeks for delivery from the date your claim is verified by DW. This extended window is required to accommodate custom factory production and matching finishes.

State-Specific Notices (TX, NC, MD): Residents of Texas, North Carolina, and Maryland are hereby notified that by submitting this claim form, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to a fulfillment timeline exceeding sixty (60) days, as permitted by state law for custom-manufactured promotional items.

International Claims: For qualifying purchases made outside the United States via authorized international dealers, fulfillment is managed entirely by your region's local authorized DW distributor. Delivery timelines may vary based on local freight schedules.

5. FINISH AVAILABILITY & ALTERNATIVE REMEDIES

DW will make every reasonable commercial effort to provide a promotional DWe 8x10" Add-On Tom in a finish matching the kit configuration listed on the claimant's verified proof of purchase. However, matching finishes are strictly limited and subject to factory component availability.

If a matching finish cannot be produced or shipped within sixty (60) days of claim verification due to production constraints, material shortages, or high promotional demand, DW reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to fulfill the promotional obligation via one of the following alternative remedies:

Delivery of a DWe 8x10" Add-On Tom in a standard, neutral finish (such as Matte Black or Natural Maple);

Issuance of a digital DW Drums product voucher valued at $600.00 USD, valid for 12 months from issuance on the official DW Drums online store; or

Placing the matching item on an extended backorder list with an updated delivery estimate, subject to the consumer's written consent where required by the FTC Mail Order Rule.

6. TAXES, FEES, AND SHIPPING COSTS

The promotional item itself is provided free of charge. However, the claimant is solely responsible for all applicable shipping fees, handling charges, and local sales or use taxes incurred during the checkout and fulfillment process.

7. GENERAL TERMS

Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. DW reserves the right to reject claims that do not strictly comply with these terms, or claims involving suspected fraud. All submissions become the property of DW and will not be returned.

If the matching finish is unavailable, DW reserves the right to substitute a finish of equal or greater value or issue a pro-rated product voucher.
