Drum Workshop, Inc. Hardware and Accessories Limited Warranty:
For a period of Five (5) years from the original date of purchase, Drum Workshop, Inc. guarantees the original owner, when presented with proof of purchase, that all Drum Workshop, Inc. Hardware and Accessory cast parts are free of material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is limited to cast parts only, such as the tilter castings, tripod castings, tube joint castings and wing nut castings. If under normal playing conditions cast parts covered in this limited five-year warranty fail, they will be replaced at no charge. If moving parts, such as knurled rods, threaded nuts and bolts, and tripod legs, etc. fail within One (1) year from the original date of purchase, they will be replaced at no charge. Return the hardware or accessory to your authorized Drum Workshop, Inc. dealer or, if there is not a dealer in your area, contact DW directly. DO NOT send hardware or accessory to Drum Workshop, Inc. without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number. Shipping charges to Drum Workshop, Inc. will be paid by the consumer. Drum Workshop, Inc will not accept returns with evidence of misuse or alteration. At Drum Workshop, Inc., the maximum liability pursuant to this warranty is limited to the monetary value of the product that is the subject of the warranty claim.
Drum Workshop, Inc. Pedals Limited Warranty:
For a period of Five (5) years from the original date of purchase, Drum Workshop, Inc. guarantees the original owner, when presented with proof of purchase, that all Drum Workshop, Inc. Bass Drum Pedal cast parts are free of material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is limited to cast parts only, such as the base casting, footboard, beater hub, sprocket, heel and cam casting. If under normal playing conditions cast parts covered in this limited five-year warranty fail, they will be replaced at no charge. If moving parts, such as the spring assembly, beater ball, radius rod, hex shaft, ball bearings, etc. fail within One (1) year from the original date of purchase, they will be replaced at no charge. Return the pedal to your authorized Drum Workshop, Inc. dealer or, if there is not a dealer in your area, contact Drum Workshop, Inc. directly. DO NOT send pedal to DW without first receiving a Return Authorization Number. Shipping charges to Drum Workshop, Inc. will be paid by the consumer. Drum Workshop, Inc. will not accept returns with evidence of misuse or alteration. At Drum Workshop, Inc., the maximum liability pursuant to this warranty is limited to the monetary value of the product that is the subject of the warranty claim.
Drum Workshop, Inc. Moon Mic Limited Warranty:
For a period of One (1) year from the original date of purchase, Drum Workshop, Inc. guarantees the original owner, when presented with proof of purchase, that the DW Moon Microphone™ housing, stand and electronic components (including speaker diaphragm) are free of material and manufacturing defects. If under normal usage, parts covered in this one-year warranty fail, they will be replaced at no charge. Return the product to your authorized DW dealer or, if there is not a dealer in your area, contact DW directly. DO NOT return the product without first receiving a Return Authorization Number. Shipping charges to DW will be paid by the consumer. Return shipping will be paid by DW. Drum Workshop, Inc. will not accept returns with evidence of misuse or alteration to the product (including removal of the serial number label). DW’s maximum liability pursuant to this warranty is limited to the monetary value of the product that is the subject of the warranty claim.
DW Drums Limited Warranty:
Drum Workshop, Inc. warrants that Custom Shop DW Drum Shells and Finishes (Collector's Series®), are free of material and workmanship defects for a period of Two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
DW Performance Series™ Shells and Finishes are free of material and workmanship defects for a period of Two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
DW Design Series® Shells and Finishes are free of material and workmanship defects for a period of One (1) year from the original date of purchase.
PDP Concept Series™ by DW Shells and Finishes are free of material and workmanship defects for a period of One (1) year from the original date of purchase.
All drum hardware is covered for a period of One (1) year. Drum Workshop will repair or replace any defective components free of charge with comparable or functionally equivalent parts to the original purchaser upon delivery of the product to an authorized DW Drums dealer. Said defective component/s will become the property of Drum Workshop. Proof of purchase and status as the original purchaser are required for warranty coverage. Authorized DW Drums dealers are not agents or independent contractors of Drum Workshop, Inc. and all warranty repair work is performed by Drum Workshop, Inc.
Drum shells shall refer to the wood body of the instrument and its components such as reinforcement hoops, bearing edges and finish (FinishPly laminates, Satin Oil, and any Lacquer process including, but not limited to Graphics, Exotics, and any combination thereof).
Drum Hardware refers to any and all plated metal components consisting of, but not limited to, lugs, counter hoops, tension rods, throw-offs, butt plates, spurs, tom brackets, tom mounts, and other related mounting hardware.
This warranty does not cover:
Drumheads and normal wear and tear.
Any modifications or alterations made to original equipment or factory parts.
Damage caused by neglect, moisture, or temperature extremes (including, but not limited to direct sunlight, freezing temperatures, extreme heat and/or direct exposure to the elements).
Mishandling, shipping incidents, or use under other than what may be considered normal playing conditions.
Drums purchased from a source other than an authorized DW Drums retailer.
Any owner other than the original purchaser.
Normal changes in wood grain, fading of color and/or aging of lacquer finish.
Factory installed products not manufactured by DW such as May Internal Microphone Systems and/or other custom installations.
Incidental or consequential damages that arise as the result of a DW product defect.
Warranty claims should be addressed to an authorized DW Drums dealer, along with the original sales receipt. In the event that a dealer is unable to correct a warranty defect, the dealer will contact Drum Workshop for further instructions as to the return of said product to the factory for inspection and repair or replacement. Upon repair or replacement, a new warranty will not apply. Rather, the previous warranty will be in effect. No shipments will be accepted without first obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any and all shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
This warranty gives the original owner of Drum Workshop products specific legal rights. He or she may also have other rights which vary by state, country, or province. These provisions and the limited warranty are covered by the laws where the original purchase took place. Drum Workshop, the warrantor under this limited warranty, recognizes that this agreement is enforceable only to the extent and in a manner permitted under applicable laws.

DWe Warranty
All DWe products are sold with a Limited Warranty.
DWe Limited Warranty:
Drum Workshop, Inc. (“Drum Workshop”) warrants that DWe e33 Shells and Finishes, Drum Hardware, Cymbals, and Electronic Components are free of material and workmanship defects for a period of Two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
DWe e33 shells shall refer to the wood body of the instrument and its components such as reinforcement hoops, bearing edges and finish (FinishPly laminates, Satin Oil, and any Lacquer process including, but not limited to Graphics, Exotics and any combination thereof).

Drum Workshop will repair or replace any defective components free of charge with comparable or functionally equivalent parts to the original purchaser upon delivery of the product to an authorized DWe dealer. Said defective component/s will become the property of Drum Workshop. Proof of purchase and status as the original purchaser are required for warranty coverage. Authorized DWe dealers are not agents or independent contractors of Drum Workshop and all warranty repair work is performed by Drum Workshop.
This warranty does not cover:
Drumheads.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE WHICH RESULTS FROM ACCIDENT, MISUSE, ABUSE OR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, OR DAMAGE WHICH RESULTS FROM ABNORMAL SERVICE OR HANDLING, BATTERY LEAKAGE OR FAILURE, OR DAMAGE WHICH MAY HAVE BEEN CAUSED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BY ANOTHER PRODUCT, MODIFICATIONS TO OR TAMPERING WITH THIS MUSICAL INSTRUMENT IN ANY WAY OR BY REPAIRS, SERVICE OR ALTERATIONS PERFORMED OR ATTEMPTED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN DRUM WORKSHOP.
