DW only ships within the United States of America, excluding the regions: Alaska, Armed Forces Africa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Canada, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Middle East, Armed Forces Pacific, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
When you check out, you can view the shipping and handling charges for your order. In the rare case that shipping and handling charges exceed the amount shown, we will notify you. Your state or province may require tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges.
DW Standard Shipping Rates:
· Purchases of $0.01 to $99.99 (includes taxes) = $9.99 shipping fee
· Purchases of $100-$249.99 = $19.99 shipping fee
· Purchases Over $250 = $29.99 shipping fee
The foregoing rates may not apply to promotional offers.

Returns are only accepted for the following conditions:
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe your gear has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us immediately.
Please note that returns with manufacturing defects are accepted solely for products within their warranty period.
To Initiate a return for a manufacturing defect:
1. Contact our customer service team here.
2. Provide details of the issue along with your order number. We'll diagnose the problem and guide you through the next steps.
3. If a replacement is deemed necessary, we will issue a Return Authorization number. This number, along with shipping instructions and details about any applicable fees, will be provided to you.
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives with visible shipping damage:
1. If you are present during delivery and notice the damage, please refuse to accept the delivery.
2. If you discover the shipping damage after accepting the delivery, contact us immediately using the information provided with your order.
3. Preserve all packaging materials and paperwork. If a shipping damage claim is possible, these materials are crucial.
4. Please understand that disposing of packaging materials or attempting to return the damaged merchandise without notifying the fulfiller may affect our ability to process a claim. As a result, you may not receive credit for the return.
If you receive an item that you did not order, or if an item is missing from your order:
1. Contact our customer service team here as soon as possible.
2. Provide your order number and details of the incorrect or missing item. We'll work diligently to correct the mistake and ensure you receive the correct item promptly.
3. We will provide instructions for returning any incorrect items, along with details on shipping and any applicable fees.
In the event that you are responsible for shipping the products back to us, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible and will not issue refunds for items lost in shipping.
