The DW Collectors Santa Monica Maple expansion pack for DW Soundworks puts the drum sound that made DW a 90s household name into your drum DAW. This software features authentic sounds recorded from DW Santa Monica Maple drums, which feature shells handcrafted from six plies of 100% Maple and shallower tom depths. Due to thicker wood plies, the pitch of these shells is slightly higher with upfront and punchy attack, focused and warm tone, and long sustain.

All DW Soundworks samples are recorded at the factory at the highest level of audio fidelity. DWs collection of outboard gear includes best-in-class microphones, high-quality microphone preamplifiers (mic preamps), a variety of compressors and equalizers, and other tools that capture the genuine tonality of drums as they were meant to sound for an authentic audio experience.
