ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Original Purchaser: Must be the original purchaser of the DWe kit.
Authorized Dealer: Must be purchased through an authorized DW Drums dealer.

Date Range: Applies to DWe 4-piece shell packs and 4-piece complete kit bundles purchased between June 15, 2026, through August 31, 2026.

If the matching finish is unavailable, DW will make every effort to obtain the claimant's consent to fulfill the promotional obligation by substitute of a standard finish of equal retail value or issue a digital product voucher valued at $780.00 USD. Full Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview & Availability: Offer valid only on qualifying purchases of new DWe 4-piece shell packs or 4-piece complete kit bundles made between June 15, 2026, and August 31, 2026, from an authorized DW Drums dealer. Limit one (1) promotional submission per household, person, and receipt.

2. Finish Matching & Substitutions: DW will make every reasonable operational effort to match the promotional DWe 8x10 Add-On Tom style, lacquer, or wrap finish to the purchased qualifying kit. Matching finishes are strictly subject to factory component availability. If an identical matching finish is unavailable or out of stock due to factory supply constraints, DW reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to fulfill this promotional obligation by either:

(a) Providing an alternative, complementary standard drum finish of equal retail value subject to customer written approval, or

(b) Issuing a non-transferable digital product voucher valued at $780.00 USD.

3. Production & Delivery Timelines: Due to custom factory manufacturing schedules, please allow an estimated 12 to 16 weeks from the date of claim verification for custom production, processing, and delivery. DW is not liable for unexpected carrier delays or broader global supply chain disruptions that extend past this estimated window. Claimants will be notified via email of any verified delays exceeding 16 weeks.

4. Claims & Execution: All promotional claims must be submitted via the online rebate portal or postmarked by September 30, 2026. Late, incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent submissions will be disqualified. DW Drums reserves the right to substantiate all claims and request additional purchase documentation to prevent fraud.

5. General Terms: Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. DW reserves the right to reject claims that do not strictly comply with these terms, or claims involving suspected fraud. All submissions become the property of DW and will not be returned. Governing Law & Disputes: This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this campaign shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, and participants waive any right to pursue a class-action lawsuit.
