The DW Collector's Series set a new industry standard with American-made, custom drums. Designed and handcrafted in the Custom Shop in Oxnard, California, the Collector's Series offers quality, elegance, and performance fit for the touring or recording professional and the passionate player or collector.
This DW Collector's Series kit offers 100% North American Hard Rock Maple shells built with revolutionary SSC construction techniques. SSC shell formulas feature plies cut to different grain patterns-horizontal, vertical, and diagonal-oriented to lower pitch, enhance tonality, and extend resonance. These Maple drums offer classic warmth and punch with enhanced sustain.
These drums are fitted with DW's top end hardware, developed over 50 years of innovation and expertise. This includes the patented STM™ system on the toms, MAG throw-off and 5-position buttplate on the snare, and True Hoops® and True-Pitch® tuning rods across the setup.
This 5-piece setup features a 16x22″ bass drum, 7x10″ and 8x12″ mounted toms, 16x16″ floor tom, and 6x14″ snare drum. The drums come crowned with DW Heads by Remo U.S.A.
