DW 9000 Double Bass Pedal (Left Footed)

Speed, feel, and power.

DW’s flagship line of pedals delivers an unrivaled combination of speed, feel, and power through patented innovations and precise engineering.

DWCP9000 Spring Assembly

Floating Rotor

Bearings within the cam reduce friction for a smooth and consistent feel throughout the entire pedal motion.

DWCP9000 Floating Cam with Double Chain Drive

Dual-Spring Rocker

A swing mechanism at the cam and post allows the spring to pivot freely throughout the stroke, reducing resistance and spring wear.

Tri-Pivot Toe Clamp™

Three self-aligning rubber swivel heads adapt to varying bass drum hoop thicknesses and angles providing a secure connection in any position.

DWCP9002 Footboard

Delta II Ball Bearing Hinge™

This hinge features two ball-bearings and high-grade, lightweight aluminum components that geometrically interlock for a direct, controlled feel underfoot and long-term durability.

DW 9000 Series Bass Drum Pedal EZ Infinite Adjustable Cam

Customizable Feel & Response with DW's EZ Infinite Adjustable Cam

Easily adjust between a linear Turbo-style response and the increased acceleration of an Accelerator-style camor anywhere in between, with the turn of a drumkey.

Use a more concentric "centered" setting for a linear, consistent feel throughout the stroke (Turbo), or a more eccentric "offset" setting to increase leverage and acceleration as the beater approaches the head (Accelerator). Infinite adjustment allows you to dial in your preferred setting to match your playing style.

DW 9000 Double Pedal Lefty Single Post Casting

Single Post Casting

Auxiliary pedal design enables placement closer to the hi-hat pedal for faster switching or simultaneous play.

DWCP9002 Assembly Rod

Precision Linkage

Precision-engineered linkage assembly to drive fast and accurate strokes from the left auxiliary pedal.

DWCP9002 Carry Case

Deluxe Carrying Case

A durable nylon case with convenient shoulder strap protects the pedal and its parts during transport.

Product Overview

The DW 9000 Series Double Bass Drum Pedal (Lefty) is engineered for drummers who demand a smooth, powerful and highly adjustable playing experience. Every major component in the 9000 drivetrain is designed to reduce friction, improve stability and give players greater control over how the pedal responds underfoot.

At the heart of the 9000 is DW's Floating Rotor design, which adds bearings directly into the cam assembly to help the drivetrain move through the path of least resistance. By better accommodating the small variations found in any mechanical system, the Floating Rotor helps create the exceptionally smooth and consistent stroke the 9000 Series is known for.

The EZ Infinite Adjustable Cam lets players continuously adjust the pedal from a linear Turbo-style response to the increased acceleration of an Accelerator-style cam-or anywhere in between. This allows each drummer to fine-tune the pedal's leverage, response and feel to match their playing style.

DW's Floating Swivel Spring system further reduces resistance by allowing the spring connections to pivot more freely throughout the pedal stroke. This helps the spring transfer energy efficiently while also reducing wear at the lower spring connection.

The Delta II Ball Bearing Hinge™ uses dual ball bearings and an interlocking component design to create a precise, low-friction connection between the footboard and heel plate. The result is minimal side-to-side play, smooth movement and a more direct, controlled feel underfoot.

At the bass drum, the Tri-Pivot Toe Clamp™ uses three independently moving contact points to adapt to different hoop shapes, thicknesses and bass drum angles. This and the non-slip rubber grip baseplate allow the pedal to sit firmly and naturally on the floor while maintaining a secure connection to the drum.

In addition, the 9002 auxiliary pedal incorporates our patented Single Post Casting design. This allows you to place the auxiliary bass pedal closer to your hi-hat pedal, letting you move your foot more quickly and easily between them, or even play them simultaneously.

The DW Two-Way bass drum beaters feature a felt side for warm and focused sound, and a high-impact plastic side recommended for more attack. A DW Deluxe Double Pedal Bag is also included for convenient and protected transport.

Chosen by professional drummers around the world, the DW 9000 Series combines adjustability, precision and refined mechanical design to deliver the smooth, controlled performance that has made it a benchmark for professional bass drum pedals.
