Aaron Gillespie is an American musician, best known for being the original drummer and clean vocalist for the metalcore band Underoath, and was the lead singer and rhythm guitarist for the alternative rock band The Almost. Gillespie also maintains his own solo project, and released his debut full-length album, Anthem Song on March 8, 2011. As of August 26, 2013, he is the touring drummer for Paramore.

AARON THIER

A highly sought after session drummer, Abe Laboriel, Jr. is the son of veteran bassist Abraham Laboriel, Sr. and grew up surrounded by music. He was playing drums by the age of four, and studied with several high-profile drummers, including Jeff Porcaro, Chester Thompson, Bill Maxwell, and Alex Acuña, who had formed the band Koinonia with Laboriel, Sr. in the 1980s. He also studied with Peter Donald at the Dick Grove School of Music during his junior year in high school, and in 1989 even drew a citation in Down Beat magazine.

After graduating from high school, Laboriel immediately enrolled in the Berklee College of Music, graduating from there in 1993. His first big touring gig was with guitarist Steve Vai. After a subsequent tour with Seal, Laboriel caught the eyes and ears of record producers, and was soon getting called to countless recording sessions, and he continued being an in-demand touring drummer, working on tours with k.d. lang and Sting. He also began working with Paul McCartney, and his session list grew to include Robi Draco Rosa, Crystal Lewis, B.B. King, Eric Clapton, Les Paul, Ashlee Simpson, LeAnn Rimes, Mylène Farmer, Letters to Cleo, Kelly Clarkson, and many others. 

Abe has also appeared, along with Lewis, on the '90s Nickelodeon television series Roundhouse. In addition to his touring and session duties, Laboriel played in the power trio the Raging Honkies and was active in the collective known as Chocolate Genius, Inc.

ADAM NUSSBAUM

Prior to releasing records under his own name, Adam Topol built a considerable career for himself playing drums and percussion with Jack Johnson, as well as working with musicians like Joey Santiago, Ziggy Marley, David Gilmour and Jimmy Cliff. 

Cuando is his newest full length. A collection of moody folk pop that merges his California indie roots and his passion for Latin rhythms. 

Pairing up with musician/producer Matt Costa on Cuando allowed Topol the breathing room to explore these broad musical influences that were beyond the scope of some of his other peers. The two connected over a mutual taste for artists like The Cure, The Dirty Three, PJ Harvey, Spacemen 3 and The Velvet Underground, and within that shared musical language they were able to explore the occasional lyrical and thematic darkness of Topol's work while still keeping the songs on the record fully rooted in their natural sweetness and emotional depth.

ADAM TOPOL

I relocated to Miami in 1973 from New York. My life changed completely when I started working as a full time musician 5 nights a week. My name started to spread among musicians. There was a movement going on at that time with the music called the "Miami Sound" where a mix of Rock and Cuban music were played.  Willie Chirino hired me (8yrs).  He was one of the bands with that Miami sound, and other bands like "Miami Sound Machine", which later became International stars with Gloria Estefan. I Performed with Jose Luis Rodriguez (El Puma) 5 yrs.  Got hired to do "Sabado Gigante Int." TV show for 30 yrs.  In between was hired by KC & The Sunshine Band.  Bobby Keys, Mick Taylor, Ivan Neville, Celia Cruz, Jon Secada. At the moment I am performing in Bad Co., Foreigner, and Aerosmith Tribute Bands and other projects.

ADOLFO "FOFI" LANCHA

Native to Downey, California, his family left the Los Angeles area when Adrian was 10-years-old and relocated to the very small farming town of Battle Ground, WA. His introduction to jazz music - by his musical father - lead him to start playing the trumpet in his middle school band. After, 4 years of performing as the 2nd and 1st chair trumpet player, he started forming a love for the drums. The transition from middle to high school was the beginning of Adrian's drumming future. Right away, he became a drummer for the award-winning school jazz choir, jazz band, concert band and marching bands. Out of high school, with a college scholarship for playing in the jazz band, he devoted his time honing his talents as a drummer and spent time playing in a big band touring overseas on cruise ships and in competitions. Being influenced by not only jazz, but also pop and rock music, made a huge impact on his musical style. Having met some great musicians along the way, Adrian decided to move to the big city of Portland to establish himself in the rock scene. Playing locally quickly made him one of the most sought-out drummers in the city. After just a year or so, he was signed to his first bands on an indie label. Hitting the road and sharing the stage with some of his favorite bands, such as Ministry and L7, Adrian quickly learned what it takes to be a professional drummer. His long time friend Rob Daiker, the singer songwriter for the band SlowRush (Epic records), called him to join the band;jumping on the opportunity to join his first major-label band. While touring the country, he met countless other musicians including Spider, from Powerman 5000, and Simon and Edsel from the Epic Records band DOPE. Being label-mates and having plenty in common, they became close friends. A year later, having heard that Powerman 5000 was looking for a drummer, Simon and Edsel called Spider and suggested that Adrian become their next drummer. Spider liked what he heard and decided to fly Adrian down to Los Angeles to audition for the band. His talent immediately landed him the gig where he became the driving force behind the band from 2002 until 2009 then stepped away and re joined the band again from 2013-2015 Adrian spent a year on the road, filling in for his long time friends, as the touring drummer for Dope. During this time, he also recorded and toured with Riggs from Rob Zombie in Scum Of The Earth, while being called for dozens of studio sessions and live performances with some of LA's finest local musicians like James McKenna, Elle Carpenter, Kevin Elliot and The Broken, FireTiger and countless others. Adrian co-wrote, recorded drums and was an engineer on the George Lynch album, souls of we. (Dokken, Lynch Mob, Souls of We) Most recent recording is the 2014 release of the album"Builders of the future" by Powerman 5000

ADRIAN PASSARELLI

Hailing from Buenos Aires, Argentina and raised in Los Angeles.
Aixa's energetic and tumultuous drumming started when she was 12 years old.
Youth and passion drove her to embark into her drumming life that opened the world up to her.
She is one of the founding members of LA band "Go Betty Go" who first entered the punk rock scene in the early 2000's.

AIXA VILAR

Albe Bonacci is a studio and performing drummer and clinician in Los Angeles. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, he studied orchestral snare drumming and multi-percussion with Douglas Wolf at the University of Utah and is a graduate of Percussion Institute of Technology (PIT) in Los Angeles and The Drummer's Collective in New York City. Albe has studied privately with Ralph Humphrey, Joey Heredia, Gregg Bissonette and countless others in New York and Los Angeles.
 
He has recorded for more than 50 independent artists, performed for television on the former ABC sitcom "Ellen", played in the stage productions of "Sisterella," "A Jew Grows In Brooklyn" and "Tap: Caution Men at Work", on live radio for Los Angeles TheatreWorks production, "The Colored Museum", and can be heard in the 20th Century Fox film, "First Daughter".
 
Albe has also recorded with such studio legends as Desmond Child, Diane Warren, Jack Segal, Jack Palance and David Graheme. Albe plays live in many different genres from jazz to original rock and pop, country to percussion accompaniment.
 
Albe has held clinics for Musician's Friend Music Stores, the Nashville Percussion Institute, 2008 and 2014 PASIC conventions, the Pacific Crest Drum Corps, Sam Ash and the Hollywood Custom and Vintage Drum show.
 
Albe has authored several articles in Modern Drummer, Edge, Drum and Percussive Notes Magazines.
 
Albe is a faculty member at Musician's Institute. He has been named faculty member of the year by his students in 2016 and 2017.

ALBE BONACCI

When I was in college I met Don Roeser and we formed a band with some other guys in our dorms. That band was called the Travesty and once again we went from humble beginnings to wild success. So wild, in fact, that our grades suffered proportionally. After a couple years of Travesty Donald and I left college to start another band that eventually included my brother Joe and became Blue √ñyster Cult. Once again my musical endeavor was more successful than we could imagine, selling millions of records and touring the globe. After 17 years in bands together Don (now called Buck Dharma) and I went our separate ways in 1982.

I started another band that broke up before our record came out and took work as a session musician and musical director for oldies shows. I also went back to college and got a BA in music and a MA in English Literacy and took grad courses in administration. Along the way I formed a band with my ex-wife, Deborah Frost, called the Brain Surgeons. The Brain Surgeons performed from 1994 until 2006 when marital tensions pulled the band apart.

In 2008 I played some gigs with my brother, Joe, and Dennis Dunaway, legendary bass player with the Alice Cooper Group. We called called ourselves Blue Coupe.

Blue Coupe have found continuing glory with their highly acclaimed album, Tornado On The Tracks, which has multiple Grammy considerations in 2011 and 2012, including "Angel's Well" featuring Robby Krieger legendary guitarist for The Doors. And Blue Coupe continue to tour North America and Europe with such illustrious shows as the Halloween Parade in New York City where they were seen by more than a million people.

Blue Coupe released their second album in 2013, featuring Tish and Snooky from Manic Panic, Ross the Boss from Manowar and the Dictators, Buck Dharma from Blue √ñyster Cult and Goldy McJohn from Steppenwolf as special guest stars. The album was recorded at the Carriage House Studios in Stamford CT and was mixed in LA by Jack Douglas (Aerosmith, John Lennon, Cheap Trick, Alice Cooper, BOC, etc.) and Warren Huart (Aerosmith, The Fray, James Blunt, etc.)

I put out my first solo record in 2014, an acoustic oriented record, featuring several tracks with no drum set at all.  I was featured on local FOX 5 News in September of 2015 for my work as a music teacher in a Public High School in Manhattan.  In early 2016 I played a half dozen shows with Blue Oyster Cult, mostly playing guitar and singing. In May of 2016 President Obama honored me at the White House for being an outstanding educator.

 In the fall of 2016 I released Beauty of the Bambo by the David Roter Method, The Roadmap Inside Your Head by Spirits Burning & Clearlight and Manic Panic Christmas by Albert and the Sleigh Riders.

By Decmber of 2017 I had released 4 more records, a re-release of Helen Wheels ARCHETYPE, a re-release of Albert & the Sleigh Riders called ITS CHRISTMAS'Ä¶ AGAIN, David Roter Method's ROTER'S MONSTERS and my second solo record called SURREALIST. I also started a weekly vlog called MOST COWBELL!!!. 

In 2018 the Al & Mark collaboration, Fidelis Ad Mortem came out and another Spirits Burning collaboration, this time with Michael Moorcock called AN ALIEN HEAT was released.

In 2019 Blue Coupe completed their 3rd full length album, ELEVEN EVEN, and was released on 11/11/2019. BC went to Sweden for an appearance at the Sweden Rock Festival before returning to the States to play some midwest shows. I continue to work on the last record of the Dancers At The End Of Time trilogy, The End Of All Songs with Spirits Burning and Michael Moorcock. The first two records of the series, An Alien Heat and Hollow Lands, are now available.

In 2020 I signed with Jeff Keller for personal management. His first move was to arrange for the release of the Re Imaginos album (a reimagining of my legendary Imaginos record) in November. I also played and sang on the new Blue Oyster Cult record, The Symbol Remains, and appeared in their first video from it in September 2020.

In addition to Blue Coupe, since 2006 I have recorded songs for Blue Oyster Cult, Fabienne Shine, Left on Red, Underbelly, Al & Mark, Albert & The Sleigh Riders ,Tish and Snooky, the Bouchard Bros., The Dictators, David Roter, Robert Gordon, Knuckle Head, Spirits Burning and many others.

Albert Bouchard started playing drums in 1950 at 3 years old. Currently he is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, singer, educator and vlogger. His first professional recording was with Tom Paxton on the album, 'Things I Notice Now' in 1968. Since then, he has played, sang and or produced 80 commercially released records and in 2020 charted in Billboard twice, first with his former band Blue Oyster Cult (playing cowbell, of course) and then again as a solo artist. 

Although not originally a percussionist he did play cowbell on Blue Oyster Cult's hit, (Don't Fear) The Reaper. He currently hosts a weekly vlog called Most Cowbell!!!

In 2016 he visited the White House to be honored as an educator by President Obama at the educator of the year ceremony. Later that year he toured with his old band, Blue Oyster Cult as guitarist, percussion and vocals). 

In recent years he has appeared with the Yacht Rock Revue, Joe Hurley's Irish Rock Revue, Joey Ramone Birthday Bash, Mike Pinera's Classic Rock All Stars, Blue Coupe, Shakin' Street and many others.

He is currently playing drums and singing with punk rock legends, The Dictators.

ALBERT BOUCHARD

Born to a musical family in Lima, Peru, Alex Acuña started playing in local bands at 10, and by 18 was playing in the great Perez Prado's band. In 1967 he moved to Puerto Rico, where he studied at the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music, and played under the direction of the famed Spanish cellist master Pablo Casals. 

Alex moved to Las Vegas in 1974, where he played with such greats as Elvis Presley and Diana Ross. Between 1975 and 1977, he cemented his place in jazz history when he became both drummer and percussionist for one of the most innovative and pioneering jazz groups of all time, Weather Report. Alex moved to L.A. in 1978 where he quickly earned the position of a valued session drummer and percussionist for recordings, television and motion pictures. 

His countless album and live credits include such diverse artist as U2, Paul McCartney, Joni Mitchell, Ella Fitzgerald, Chick Corea, Placido Domingo, Tito Puente, Santana and many, many more. Alex has received countless awards and honors throughout his career, including the Emeritus MVP award from NARAS (National Academy of Recording for the Arts and Sciences) and "Best Latin/Brazilian Percussionist" in the Modern Drummer's Readers Poll for five consecutive years.

ALEX DAVIS

Born in Miami Fl -Feb. 24 -1969 - When I was around 4 years old saw the Beatles on tv and I said to myself "thats what I want to do, play the drums! Started playing drums at the age of 5 listening to the radio and playing to records. Ringo Starr was my first influence, then Peter Criss from KISS . As the years went by , John Bonham, Keith Moon, Stewart Copeland, Neil Peart ,Terry Bozzio where and still are a huge influence in the way I play. Moved to Guadalajara Mexico in 1984 and joined the Band Sombrero Verde until 1986 - that's when MANÁ was formed and is considered today the most successful rock in Español band of all time. In 2013 started a side project metal band- De La Tierra.

As an adolescent in Mexico City, Alex González dreamed of a day when he would join the ranks of icons such as Ringo Starr, John Bonham, Stewart Copeland, Clem Burke, Keith Moon and, later, Terry Bozzio. Today, no one would contest the claim that Alex has achieved his goals-and then some. Alex's first break was with Mexican band, Sombrero Verde (green hat). That band morphed into Maná and from the beginning, Alex was integral part of the group, even co-producing the band's first record. In 2007 the group sold out a whopping four Staples Center shows and their albums were going platinum and beyond-a considerable feat for a Rock/Latin band singing in Spanish. Alex González is an intricate drummer capable of wowing crowds with his popular solos. At the same time, he is extremely physical and plays with real force. The two characteristics, complexity and brute power, don't often coexist to such a refined extent. His kit reflects his muscularity and reach. He is surrounded by drums, cymbals, and a variety of LP instruments, starting with his red-rimmed, his Cyclops Tambourine and LP bells.

ALEX TANAS

Alfred Berengena born in Girona is a drummer with a long career in studio, live and musical education. Author of (2 books) Drum Methods: Essential Double Bass Drumming (Dinsic 2005) and Advanced Double Bass Drum / Advanced Double bass Drumming (Carisch 2011).

He has a very characteristic and personal style in the way he plays extreme drums that provides a greater dynamic range and originality where his study career on the instrument is very marked.

Began drumming career at the age of 12 yrs. old playing college fraternity party's in Omaha Nebraska.  Moving to Hawaii, the night lights of Waikiki became my next calling. I held the house gig at Waikiki's O'Pehrs for 8 yrs. The music industry necessitated a move to Calif. After playing in numerous projects I landed the gig as drummer for the legendary "Fryed Brothers Band ". For the next 17 yrs. I was fortunate enough to travel the world and perform with legendary world class performers. Currently in the studio with " Holdin Out"

Amaury Acosta, aka King Klave, is a drummer, percussionist, composer, producer and animator of experimental concepts of art. Born and bred in Hell's Kitchen, NY as Cuban Parents. He attended LaGuardia High School for Performing Arts and completed his degree at the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis High School in 2006. He graduated from The New School For Jazz & Contemporary music in New York City in 2011. He has performed in Tokyo, Kyoto, Japan, Sydney, Melbourne, Australia, Gongju, South Korea, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, Atlanta, Washington, DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, USA. Havana, Cuba, CDMX, Mexico, Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Toronto, Canada and countless other cities.

His unique Sound, Skill, and Vision has led him to collaborate with many luminary musicians and artists, Such as Iggy Pop, Wynton Marsalis, Kimbra, Jose James, Paquito D'Rivera, Candido Camero, Keyon Harrold, Robert Glasper, Pedrito Martinez, Israel "Cachao" Lopez, Descemer Bueno, Arturo O'Farrill, Taylor Eigsti, and many others. Anderson released his highly regarded 2020 single "Lockdown" on Juneteenth. Angel Bartolotta has been playing drums his whole life. From a kid banging on pots and pans, to a studio session drummer and hired-gun, touring The United States, Canada, Germany, France, England, Italy, Switzerland, Denmark, Holland, Austria, Belgium, The Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand. Angel has devoted his entire life to the art of music.
 
Angel has over 100 recording credits in his discography. Angel is a member of the DW Drums Department of Education, the D'Addario Education Collective, and a certified member of the National Association of Rudimental Drummers (N.A.R.D.). He specializes in beginner lessons, but also works with intermediate and advanced players who are looking to learn something new. Angel's students have gone on to form their own bands (performing locally, nationally, and internationally) as well as earning Scholarships and Superior ratings and awards by leading their school's marching, orchestra, concert, symphonic, and jazz bands, competing in state and national levels. Some of his students have been accepted into prestigious music schools and colleges, and a few have studied under him and have used his mentorship to become teachers themselves.
 
In 2016, Angel and his wife Sally opened The Rock Box Music School & Stage;a place where growing musicians can learn how to play an instrument, perform live on stage and record in a real studio.

ANGELO VELASQUEZ

Anthony LoGerfo is the drummer of the band Promise of the Real with singer/song writer Lukas Nelson. Promise of the Real has backed Neil Young on several records and tours since 2015. They wrote and recorded the music for the motion picture "A Star Is Born" with Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper. They also back up Willie Nelson. Anthony just released a solo record Love Commando - Highway 33 in 2020. He continues to work with artists around the world and play with his main band Promise of the Real.
Anthony was born in southern California and quickly started playing drums at the age of 5.

ANTHONY LOGERFO

Born and raised in Pittsburgh,PA. Anthony moved to Los Angeles in 2007 to further his music career and attended Musician's Institute. He studied privately with Fred Dinkins and graduated "Player of the year" in 2009. In 2013 he joined his current band,Badflower and they have been touring internationally since 2015. In 2018 they released their single "Ghost" which went to number on rock radio. Follow up singles "Heroin" and "The Jester" also reached the top 10.

An YU is a Chinese jazz drummer, educator, drummer of the Mandarin Band, signed artist of International Percussion Center of Shanghai Conservatory of Music. Upon graduating from Nine Beats Music Art Training School under the tutelage of Mr. Li Hongyu, he was admitted to the Shanghai Conservatory of Music in 2013 majoring popular percussion, studied with Prof. Yang Ruwen, Chris, Chu Weiming and the percussion teaching team of Shanghai Conservatory of Music. In the wake of his graduation, he went to the Royal Conservatory of Amsterdam in the Netherlands to study jazz, who has once performed with Jojo Mayer, Akira Jimbo, Dom Famularo, Virgil Donati and many other masters. He has been recognized and praised by numerous domestic and foreign masters. and has been invited to shows and workshops across India, the U.K., Australia and others for many times. He is global spokesperson for DW jazz drums, Canadian SABIAN Cymbals，American REMO drum head and Promark Drumstick. He has participated in many popular recording program as a drummer, such as "Dancing with the Stars" and "Jinxing Show", and participated in the recording of the "Singer" show as a frequent collaborated drummer of the famous musician Li Quan. In 2021, at the Aranya Mandarin Weekend Music Event, An Yu debuted his first public solo performance "Tranquil Waves".  In 2022, A You appeared as a resident guest in Hunan TV's variety show "The Mews".  2023, he initiated the Improvise Music Collective with APF, established a community of musicians regardless of genre by hosting jam sessions that open to all.

AQUILES PRIESTER

ARNOLD RIEDHAMMER

Aron Mellergård was born and raised in Gislaved in Småland, Sweden. When he was 16 years old he moved to Stockholm to go to Södra Latin, a music high school were he first met Jonah Nilsson and Henrik Linder.

After High School he attended the Swedish Royal Music Academy were Aron, Henrik and Jonah all studied. They started playing behind other artists but got bored with not having the freedom to play more complicated and creative music. 

In 2011 they made a video with a cover of the Lady Gaga song "Just Dance" and uploaded it to YouTube in hope of getting some cover band jobs. The video became viral and Dirty Loops started to record more covers until their debut album Loopified was released in 2014. 

Dirty Loops have now toured all over the world and have over 50 million views on their YouTube channel.

ARON MELLERGÅRD

I have been working professionally as a drummer for over 20 years. My live experience includes tours and performances with many artists including: Performing at Woodstock 94, supporting The Rolling Stones, REM, Bon Jovi, Van Hallen, Oasis and Bryan Adams at Wembley with my first band Del Amitri in 1994-97, to touring and playing with Marianne Faithfull, Sinead O'Connor, Sheryl Crow, Robbie Williams, James Morrison, Will Young, Squeeze, Lewis Taylor, Hamish Stuart, The Waterboys, Jeff Lorber, Trevor Horn and Seal, Rumer, Terry Reid, Ronnie Wood, Dionne Warwick and many more.

Other experiences I've had include playing the 2012 Olympic games opening ceremony with Mike Oldfield, being the house drummer on the BBC TV show The Voice and recently I played on the soundtrack for the new Terminator movie due out in July 2015 for composer Lorne Balfe.
The main part of my career has been involved with the recording industry and over the past 20 years or so I have recorded 51 top 20 albums for artists including: Cher, Seal, Robbie Williams, Billy Idol, Adele, Enrique Iglesias, Dionne Warwick and Rumer, James Morrison, Cee Lo, Celine Dion and Ronan Keating. 45 of the albums reached the top 10.
My discography also includes 21 top 10 singles and to date, I've recorded 18 number 1 albums and 11 number 1 singles which have featured on various pop and rock charts around the world.

Ashwin Sood is a musician who was born in Birmingham, UK.

Living in Vancouver, BC, his work is that of a drummer, percussionist, programmer, vocalist, producer, songwriter, music publisher,
independent A&R, Artist Development, and a music mentor.

Atom Willard is a rock drummer from southern California and has played with tons of Punk and Alternative bands as well as being a founding member of Angels And Airwaves, Plosivs and Rocket From The Crypt. After moving to Nashville in 2020 he's become a sought after session drummer as well as continued touring. A major motorcycle accident sidelined him for the latter half of '22 but he made his return to live playing in February '23 on the Seth Myers Show with his fourth stint as the guest drummer.

AVI SILLS

Aynsley was born on January 10, 1946, in Liverpool, England. Over his career, he has demonstrated the ability of playing many different styles including jazz, blues, fusion, rock and progressive rock. With over 30 gold and platinum records from over 112 albums, Aynsley Dunbar has proven himself one of the finest drummers in the business for over forty years, whether as a member of a band or as a session musician.

After leaving the Mojos, Aynsley joined John Mayall's Bluesbreakers in 1966 with Peter Green and John McVie to record such British Blues staples as Hard Road and many others. As a Bluesbreaker, Aynsley recorded with Eddie Boyd and released an EP record with Paul Butterfield. It was through Bluesbreaker concerts that drummers first discover that an Aynsley Dunbar drum solo was something never to be missed. Aynsley's next gig was drumming for the Jeff Beck Group, with Rod Stewart and Ronnie Woods, playing on Jeff Beck's Seminal Truth sessions, Tallyman and Rock My Plimsoul. Before leaving the band, the whole group appeared in Donovan's album, Barabajajal. In 1967, Dunbar formed a blues-rock band named The Aynsley Dunbar Retaliation, which featured guitarist/vocalist John Moorshead, keyboardist Tommy Eyre, bassist Alex Dmochowski, organist/singer Victor Brox, and also backed-up veteran blues artist Champion Jack Dupree and Tim Rose, famous for his songs Hey Joe and In the Morning Dew. Rod Stewart also fronted Retaliation on an earlier live recording with members Peter Green and Jack Bruce. In 1969 Retaliation disbanded and Aynsley formed a new band, Blue Whale, a progressive style jamming band that recorded one album that featured a cover of a Frank Zappa song, Willie the Pimp. While with Retaliation, Aynsley met Frank Zappa in Belgium at a BYG record festival, where Frank sat in with Retaliation on three songs.

One night, upon randomly wondering into his favorite haunt, the London Club SpeakEasy, Aynsley was told someone was there waiting for him. There sat Frank Zappa. He invited Aynsley to join his new band and move to America. Aynsley arrived in the U.S., moved into Frank's Los Angeles house and set up his drums in his basement. Frank immediately put him to the test: OK, now remind me why I hired you. Aynsley delivered the goods and in that spontaneous moment, he and Frank created Chunga's Revenge. Not bad for the first day in the basement. Aynsley first appeared with Zappa on Chunga's Revenge and toured with the old Mothers on the Mother's Day Tour of 1970. Frank then approached Mark Volman and Howard Kaylan (The Turtles) to join his new version of the Mothers of Invention, appearing on such albums as Fillmore East: June 1971 and 200 Motels, and playing music that gave Aynsley a chance to show off his jazzier chops. In 1971, John Lennon and Yoko Ono joined Aynsley with Frank and the Mothers to record the live album SOMETIME IN NEW YORK CITY..

When Howard Kaylan (Eddie) and Mark Volman (Flo) jumped ship from Zappa's band in 1972 after a strange accident in London, where a fan pushed Zappa from the stage and caused him to be confined to a wheel chair, Aynsley joined them as a member of their backing band for a short period. He would return to work with Zappa on jazzier studio projects like Waka/Jawaka, and Apostrohpe', as well as continuing his studio work for other artists. In 1973, Aynsley recorded Lou Reed's famous BERLIN album with Jack Bruce, Steve Winwood, and Tony Levin. Towards the end of Lou's recording session David Bowie invited Aynsley to the last Spiders from Mars performance, and then David asked Aynsley to do the recording sessions for the albums PIN-UPS and DIAMOND DOGS. Aynsley recorded some powerful drumming on a cover of his own Mojos hit, Everything's All right, and Bowie's huge hit, Rebel Rebel In 1973. Also in that year he recorded Herbie Mann's album LONDON UNDERGROUND. After recording twelve albums in two years (yes, 12 in two years), Aynsley was acclaimed by the music industry as the world's leading session musician. That same year, too busy flying a bi-weekly Atlantic crossing from Los Angles-to-London to record with Bowie. Aynsley delayed returning several phone messages from Santana guitarist Neal Schon and manager Herbie Herbert . When Aynsley finally returned the call, he took a listen to this new jazz-rock fusion group named Journey. Eager to build a democratic rock-fusion band, he joined, recorded and co-wrote four albums, including the highly acclaimed rock-fusion instrumental Kohoutek, and Of a Lifetime, which features Gregg Rolie's vocals with high-impact solos, Hustler, which featured Aynsley's first use of double kick drums, and such mega-hits as Lights, Feeling That Way, Anytime, Patiently, Something to Hide and Wheel in the Sky. Late in 1978 Aynsley departed Journey as the band shifted their sound away from challenging rock-fusion towards simpler ballads. Whilst playing with Journey, in 1975 Aynsley played on Nils Lofgren's album Nils Lofgren with his hit BACK IT UP. Then again in 1976 on his CRY TOUGH album, on the song Cry Tough. That same year he also played on Sammy Hagar's album NINE ON A TEN INCH SCALE. Aynsley next joined Jefferson Starship in 1978, promptly bringing the band a new hit album with FREEDOM AT POINT ZERO and such hits as Jane, Girl with the Hungry Eyes, and the mega hit, Find Your Way Back. He stayed with Jefferson Starship, touring and recording through 1982's Winds of Change. Aynsley took a well-deserved breather, to rest on his laurels in the great city of San Francisco, the same city that awarded him three prestigious BAMMIES. At the request of David Coverdale, over lunch at Sunset's La Dome, Aynsley was convinced to leave retirement to join Whitesnake in 1985. Aynsley played drums on the band's commercial breakthrough album, WHITESNAKE 1987, producing another string of hits, Still of the Night, What is Love and Here I go Again.

Aynsley then took another leave to raise his four children, Gretchen, Bibs, Taylor and Dash but the sticks kept calling and Aynsley headed out on the road again in 1994, playing and recording with such artists as Pat Travers, UFO, John Lee Hooker, Michael Schenker, and collaborating with many of the world's top musicians on tribute albums to Van Halen, Steve Ray Vaughn, Black Sabbath, Aerosmith, Queen and Metallica. In 1996, Aynsley joined guitarist Alvin Lee from Ten Years After, Eric Burdon and a band of veteran musicians for a tour entitled Best of British Blues. Soon after, a virtuoso of musicians formed a hard driving rock band Mother's Army, featuring guitarist Jeff Watson from Night Ranger, Ozzie Osborne's bassist Bob Daisley, Deep Purple front man Joe Lynn Turner with Aynsley on the chops for a progressive metal-rock album Fire on the Moon.

In October 1996, Aynsley returned to his hectic world touring roots and signed on with Eric Burdon and the New Animals, bringing his powerful, driving beat to the rock `n roll hits We Gotta Get Out of This Place, It's My Life, Spill the Wine, Don't Bring Me Down, House of the Rising Sun, and many, many others. He has recorded three albums and a live recorded DVD which includes one of Aynsley's tremendous drum solos. As a New Animal, Aynsley reunited with John Mayall and Spencer Davis to perform for the Official 2000 Grammy Awards. The New Animals joined Spencer again, playing at the U.S. Democratic National Convention in 2000.

No other modern rock / jazz / blues / fusion drummer has played with as many successful bands and musicians as Aynsley Dunbar. Although Aynsley has achieved such professional success, tragedy struck him June 1999, when his youngest son Dash was diagnosed with brain cancer. Sadly, Dash passed away on May 9, 2000. Dash's courageous fight proves to be an inspiration for Aynsley to keep pushing on, never to give up his dream... to continue creating music and to share his tremendous musical talent with the world. Aynsley continues to be one of the most recorded drummers in the world with his talents sought by the biggest names in the industry. Don't be surprised to see Aynsley's talents with one of your favorite artists as he continues to play hundreds of live shows all over the world with THE WORLD CLASSIC ROCKERS, as well as his session work.

In 2003, Aynsley was recognized with a BAMMIES WALK of FAME AWARD. Aynsley with the current and past members of Journey members were inducted into the Bammies Walk of Fame in San Francisco. This was a special event that included an all-star jam session of many of the top rock n' roll musicians in the industry. In 2005 Aynsley and the Journey members were recognized again with a HOLLYWOOD WALK OF FAME AWARD. Journey was recognized for selling in excess of 75 million albums and has been one of the all-time musical acts of our generation. On April 7, 2017, Aynsley was inducted into the ROCK & ROLL HALL OF FAME as a member of Journey.

Touring and teaching from the age of 19, he has played all over the world. He was an original drum instructor for 180drums.com and had a groove of his featured in Stanton Moore's DVD "Groove Alchemy" which won Best Instructional DVD Modern Drummer magazine in 2011. 
 
In addition to touring with his current gig, Larkin Poe, Ben has done over 20 local "Fun With Drums" kids events in Nashville area libraries. He is very active on Instagram and passionate about inspiring the next generation to pursue the arts.

Ben Stone is a UK based global touring and studio Drummer, Percussionist, Producer, Songwriter and Musical Director. Ben's credits include some of the music businesses most legendary names such as - Sir Tom Jones, Mike + The Mechanics, Helene Fischer, Rick Wakeman, Leona Lewis and Bonnie Tyler to name a few. Ben has produced and written music for artists such as Andrew Roachford as well as written and produced music for TV (Nat Geo, S4C etc...) and theatre.

Bill "Tommy Gun" Marshall (born William Claude Marshall 3rd), is Former Drummer for Hank Williams Jr. and The Bama Band, and Still Tours with The Bama Band. And is a long-time veteran musician well-known for his years with Hank Jr.(Bocephus), and as well with Larry Raspberry and the Highsteppers, Target, Survivor, Bertie Higgins of the Hit (Key Largo), and many others along the way. Bill started playing drums in June 1964, after Being influenced by The Blues, Motown, and his Fathers Big Band Music. His father was a Big Band Leader,with his own Band, who played sax, clarinet, and piano. Not to forget the influence from The music of the 60's, British Invasion.

Bill Marshall began his musical career in Memphis, Tennessee, with a group named The Venturas. He worked with many other local and regional groups including The Uncle Jam Band who toured with Z.Z. Top on their Rio Grande Mud tour in 1972, And also opening for such acts as, David Bowie, Mott The Hoople, Joe Walsh and Barnstorm.. Later with Larry Raspberry and the Highsteppers recording two albums and filming the movie, Jive Assp in 1975. Next he worked with the hard rock group Target (A&M Records) from 1977 to 1980. The Band Toured with Robin Trower, Black Sabbeth, Dixie Dregs, Boston, Blue Oyster Cult. Bill Played drums on Target's Third album "In Range" and Bonus Tracks on all Three cd's, As of now all three Target Lp's have now been re-released. On cd.
In June of 1980 he was contacted by the Aucoin Management Co. of New York to be considered for the replacement of Peter Criss, drummer for the rock group KISS,  Also that year he received his first Gold Record, for co-writing "DIXIE DINER" on the Jimmy Buffett live album, ("You Had to be There"). He also recorded on the movie ("Rancho Deluxe") soundtrack with Buffett. In August 1980, Bill relocated to Atlanta, Ga. and began studio session work. While there he had the opportunity to Play and record with Artist Bertie Higgins. This resulted in the number one single "Key Largo" which also went Platinum that year, for sales and airplay. He returned home to Memphis in 1981 and soon after, was offered the drummers chair with Hank Williams Jr. and The Bama Band. Bill also co-wrote with Hank on the "Montana Cafe'" Cd that went (Gold 1986). Between 1982 and 1989 he and the Bama Band had the opportunity many times, backing Dickey Betts (Guitarist of the Allman Brothers Band) on his shows. The ACM (Academy of Country Music) nominated him for Drummer of the Year in1985 and 1986. Also in 1986, Bill was nominated for the Outstanding Young Men of America Award. 
Bill was also featured in Modern Drummer, Rhythm, Drums and Drumming, and Country Song magazines, for Gibraltar hardware and Pearl Drums. He has received a total of Twenty Two Gold and Platinum Record album awards over the years and made three live performance videos with Hank and The Bama Band.. The Bama Band is also playing the music track on "My Name is Bocephus" Video, with Hank and Van Halen, From the Hank and The Bama Band Live CD. They also performed the opening musical introduction for the Monday Night Football television program (Are You Ready for Some Football?) for ABC, which Received Three Emmy Awards. They were five-time "Entertainer of the Year" winners from 1985 to 1989. They also performed the opening introduction for the 1991 NFL Superbowl Game. 
Bill also tours with The Bama Band, (twice nominated for Band of the Year By The ACM), with two music videos and recorded four CDs - Two for Mercury and One for Capital records, And most current CD, Beale St. Boogie. In 1993 he began touring with the Classic Rock group Survivor. This included world tours covering Central America, Japan, China, the Philippines, and Europe. In late 1997 Bill embarked on a new project with some members of Hank Jr.'s band. The group made its debut as Copperhead in March 1998 with their first CD and Video and had two #1 songs, on the Independent charts overseas. Also In 1998 Bill and the Bama Band were awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award. Bill currently works with his classic rock group "Almost Famous", The Bama Band and does Studio session work. 
Bill continues to endorse D.W. Drums, Paiste Cymbals, Remo Heads, Beato Bags and Vic Firth drumsticks (one time Regal Tip).

BILL MARSHALL

Born September 10, 1963, Bill Stevenson is a Drummer, Song Writer, Record Producer, Audio Engineer, and Multi-Instrumentalist.  

Having been sited as a major drumming influence by Dave Grohl, Josh Freese, Travis Barker, and Brooks Wackerman (as well as countless others) Stevenson has quite a reputation and pedigree preceding him. 

Stevenson is the founding member, drummer, and main songwriter for the California punk rock group Descendents (est 1978).  Every Descendents Recording features Bill's drumming, and song writing. Stevenson also Produced and Engineered the majority of the Descendents Catalogue (as well as hundreds of other records)

Bill was also drummer for the band Black flag during their most prolific Recording and touring period (1981 'Äì 1985) playing on 8 of the band's releases. 

An extension of the Descendents, called "ALL" boasts yet another 9 Releases featuring Stevenson's Drumming, Producing, and Song Writing.

Stevenson is the owner and founder of the recording studio "The Blasting Room" in Fort Collins, Colorado, where he Produced almost the entire Catalogue of the band Rise Against, which has resulted in several Gold and Platinum Albums for the band, as well as countless top 10 Billboard chart positions.

In 2010 Stevenson survived a massive Brain tumor (thanks to Neuro Surgeon Allen Waziri), and is here to tell you about it. 

Just 3 months after the 2010 Craniotomy, Stevenson "got right back on the horse" resuming his Touring, Producing, Songwriting regimen (a career that has spanned 39 years).

In the summer of 2016, The Descendents released their highly successful, critically acclaimed "Hypercaffium Spazzinate", on Epitaph Records. The band will be touring throughout 2018, and has already begun recording their next album, for release in 2019,

BILL STEVENSON

Billy Ashbaugh has played professionally for nearly 40 years. Throughout his career, he's tour with 'NSYNC, Pat Benatar, The Moody Blues, John Lodge, Alan Hewitt & One Nation and Brian Littrell (BackStreet Boys). He has also recorded/performed with Martina McBride, Tim McGraw, Robby Steinhardt (Kansas) Gloria Estefan, Britney Spears, Richard Marx, Christopher Cross, Alex Boye', Joey Fatone, Greg Howe, Samantha Mumba, Hedras Ramos and many more.

Currently when he's not on tour, Billy offers online lessons as well as remote live drum tracks from his home studio.

Billy has been performing professionally for nearly 30 years.  He is the current drummer for the legendary Moody Blues.  He has also toured, recorded, or performed with 'NSYNC, Pat Benatar, Martina McBride, Tim McGraw, Gloria Estefan, Britney Spears, and many more. 
His experience has led to over 70 television appearances, including the Tonight Show (6 times), the Super Bowl XXXV Halftime Performance, Saturday Night Live, the MTV Video Music Awards, the Grammy Awards, and Rock in Rio 2001, where he performed for a crowd of 280,000.  Billy is currently featured on The Moody Blues "Days of Future Past - Live DVD (featuring the Toronto Orchestra). Keep an eye out for him on the broadcast of the 2018 Rock n Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony with The Moody Blues.

BILLY ASHBAUGH

Born in Rochester, NY, Billy's musical journey started out around the age of four when he discovered the piano at his aunt's house. Shortly after that his parents bought an old used piano, put it in their living room, and Billy started taking lessons. By the time he turned eight his musical focus had shifted (much to his parent's dismay) to the drums. "Actually, my fascination with the drums started very early. One of my uncles was a volunteer fireman and he would march with the fire department in all the local parades and my family would always go to watch. I remember being excited by the fact that whenever a marching band paraded by, the drummers were always playing. Even if the rest of the band stopped and just marched, the drummers kept it going." By the time he reached the seventh grade Billy was practicing several hours a day and playing after school with his friends in his first rock band.

It was around the age of fourteen that Billy got his first studio experience which eventually led to him becoming an 'on-call' drummer of sorts for a couple of small local recording studios. "To be honest, it all started because I lived within walking distance of the one of the studios and would go over and just hang out whenever I could. I recorded a few tunes there with my rock band and that led to me being asked to play on some other people's songs. Nobody ever got paid for any of the stuff I played on back then but that didn't matter. I was getting the best hands-on training I could get into the studio world."

During high school Billy's musical opportunities continued to grow as he branched out to fill the roll of timpanist in a local symphony orchestra, played in numerous pit orchestras for local theater groups, as well as beginning to develop his writing skills. Billy also spent a couple of summers playing in jazz workshops led by, GRAMMY Award Winning composer, arranger, and conductor, Jeff Tyzik.

The musical foundation, and pocket, created by a drummer and bass player is crucial both in the studio and live. And, Billy has recorded with some of the best - including Willie Weeks, Dee Murray, and Bob Babbitt.

Billy spent many years living and touring out of Nashville. During his time in Nashville, in addition to studio work, Billy held down the drum chair for, multi-platinum recording artist, Ricky Van Shelton. He has toured with Reba, The Judds, Alabama, Randy Travis, Clint Black, Highway 101, Lee Greenwood, Alan Jackson, Willie Nelson and many others. Billy has appeared on several shows for The Nashville Network including Nashville Now (the old Ralph Emery program), The Grand Ole Opry, and Hee Haw as well as The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, The Grammy Awards, Austin City Limits, The Country Music Awards, The American Music Awards, and The Peoples Choice Awards programs.

In 1990, Billy was honored to have feature article written about him in Modern Drummer Magazine.

With 30+ years of professional playing, Billy's experience includes club gigs, orchestral work, studio recording, national and international touring - playing some of the world's greatest venues including Madison Square Garden, Caesar's Palace, The Houston Astrodome, The Universal Amphitheatre (now named the Gibson Ampthitheatre) and The Fox Theater -- along with countless theaters and arenas throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe.

Currently residing in Upstate NY, Billy concentrates his musical efforts on session work, live gigs, writing, clinics, and teaching.

In addition to playing, Billy is a regular contributor to the Drum Forum as the writer of a professional column. The Drum Forum began in late August of 2005 as a replacement for the Drum Center Forum run by Harry Cangany where he was also a professional column contributor before it closed. The new Drum Forum has over 23,000 registered members, countless guest visitors, and continues to grow as one of the premier on-line drum communities.

This Berklee educated, innovative drummer Billy Kilson may have started out playing the trumpet and trombone, but playing the drums was certainly his calling. While in Boston Alan Dawson became his teacher and mentor. Billy absorbed everything Alan taught. This diversified performer has toured, received Grammy awards as well as several nominations for his work with such famed musicians as Sting, Steven Tyler, Yo-Yo Ma, Dave Holland, George Duke, Ahmad Jamal, Marcus Miller, Steps Ahead, Patti Austin, Dianne Reeves, Hank Jones, Ron Carter, Philip Bailey, Michael and Randy Brecker, Larry Carlton, John Mayer, Michael Franks, Herbie Hancock, Al Jarreau, Jill Scott, Gladys Knight, Michael McDonald, Tak Matsumoto, Burt Bacharach, John Oats, David Sanborn, Christian McBride, Bob James and Chris Botti. Billy has four recordings of his own. His band projects are a summation of his collective musical experiences which illustrates his diverse background. BILLY MASON

Billy first picked up the sticks at age 12, got his first drum set at 15, and started teaching drum lessons in his community a couple years later. Billy has made a name for himself as a versatile touring and session drummer for nearly 30 years and counting. Best known for performing throughout the world with Jonny Lang , Billy has since performed and/or recorded with a diverse array of artists, including rockers Soul Asylum and Urge Overkill, music legends Bobby Vee and Al Kooper, as well as singer songwriters Kevin Bowe and Peter Himmelman.
Billy is currently drumming full time year round with the arena-rock act HAIRBALL, as well as cutting drum tracks for clients from his home studio.

BILLY THOMMES

Billy Ward drumming styles are so diverse you might find him playing hard Rock, Jazz and R&B. In '86, He was playing with the Bill Evans Superband and Yoko Ono and toured with Ace Frehley's Comet. In '91, Billy recorded "Serious Fun" for The Knack and recorded with George Russell and The Living Time Orchestra. By the time 2000 rolled in, Ward became more interested in sharing his drumming experiences and wrote for Modern Drummer Magazine, which released his book, "Inside Out." The MD Readers Poll of 2005 voted Billy's first DVD, "Big Time" as best Instructional video. In addition to his touring days as a clinician and teacher, Billy treasures his time with BB King on his album "80" as well as teaching Tom Everett Scott (while playing much of the film) "That Thing You Do!" His two instructional videos are available through Hudson Music. "Inside Out" is available through Hal Leonard.

Blair engineers and records much from his home studio as well as having an educational site for the recording drummer called Sticks and Wires. Rochester, NY 1968, Bobby was born into a talented, musical family.  His parents were involved in the highly renowned art form of DRUM CORPS.  Bobby began his love affair with drums at the age of 5. He learned and honed his craft in Drum Corps and private instruction, and studied under Ruth Kahn at the Eastman School Of Music.

Bobby has been seen all over Rochester, playing in several rock groups & show bands including Evolution, Why Not, Kamyleon, Gravity Box, Reality Check, East Coast Connection, 3FU, Coil, The Long Live Rock Show, Mr. Hand, Jeff Cosco Band, 6 Degrees, and D DRIVE.

Through Bobby's years in D DRIVE, he got to open for several big name acts such as Rik Emmett, Queensryche, and REO Speedwagon. A highlight of his musical career with D DRIVE was helping to create the first known 3D packaged album: titled "D DRIVE 3D", a driving rock album, and collaboration with friend, bandmate, and former lead singer of Talas, Phil Naro, and guitarist Don Mancuso (Lou Gramm, Black Sheep).

Over the last 6 years, Bobby has also played with top recording artists and amazing musicians LOU GRAMM, MITCH RYDER, LA LA BROOKS OF THE CRYSTALS, & DENNIS TUFANO OF THE BUCKINGHAMS. Bobby has been the drummer for Liberty Recording Artist Gary Lewis and The Playboys for the last 9 years. Having played for all of these artists has given him the chance to learn, grow, and experience many levels of performance. BOBBY BOND

Bobby Caldwell is an internationally known musician.  His innovative odd time signatures and dynamic drumming and percussion, his prolific songwriting, his soulful singing, and intricate arranging of music can be heard on every project he has done.  This view has always been a way of life!  He became professional at 14 years of age playing around with a few various groups locally in Florida.  He joined the group out of Tampa, Florida, "Noah's Ark" which had success on the East Coast and signed by Decca Records, releasing 4 singles.

As fate would have it, one hot summer day, Bobby was asked to join the mega group, "Johnny Winter And", signed by CBS Records, headlining historic venues worldwide. The platinum album "Johnny Winter And Live" was recorded in New York and Miami and became an international best seller and Johnny's highest charting album.  He also played on Johnny Winter's "Saints and Sinners" album, recording with Edgar Winter, Rick Derringer and the late Dan Hartman.

Bobby's powerhouse drumming can be heard on the classic rock hit, "Rock and Roll Hoochie Koo" with Rick Derringer on the "All American Boy" album.  In addition, he recorded other songs and albums with Rick.  During the early days of the Allman Brothers' climb to success, he was asked to be the 3rd drummer and percussionist.  Eventually appearing with them on "The Allman Brothers, Live at the Fillmore East" album, and on "Eat A Peach".

At this time, the progressive rock group, "Captain Beyond" was formed, and comprised of co-founder Bobby Caldwell, Rod Evans (from Deep Purple), Larry "Rhino" Rinehardt and Lee Dorman (both from Iron Butterfly).  His creative contributions to the arrangements and lyrics are evident throughout.  To this day, the first self-titled album is an international cult classic, originally signed by Capricorn Records, later by Warner Bros.

Following Captain Beyond, Bobby was enlisted to join the all-English supergroup, "Armageddon".  Founded by the late Keith Relf from "The Yardbirds", "Armageddon" was comprised of England's renowned super guitarist, Martin Pugh, Bobby Caldwell and bassist extraordinaire, Louis Cennamo.  Signing with A&M, the group produced one album.  Once again, Bobby was a major contributor to the song writing and direction of the band.

Bobby has performed as a solo artist, as well as collaborating and performing in other projects and groups.  His incredible musicianship is very wide in style, utilizing all genres of Rock, Jazz, Country, Progressive Rock, R&B, and Soul to interpret the feeling he wants to convey.  He continues to perform and write music!

BOBBY CALDWELL

San Antonio, TX native Bobby Jarzombek has long been one of the Lone Star state's most respected and admired drummers with a strong foothold in both rock and country music. Since first making his mark with SA locals JUGGERNAUT in the mid-'80s, Bobby's surgical percussive assault has powered NYC legends RIOT, Judas Priest R'n'R Hall of Famer ROB HALFORD's solo outfit, and cult prog wackos SPASTIC INK, among others. A touring pro for over 30 years, Bobby has played on 5 continents and performed in front of some of the largest crowds in the world, including Rock in Rio and the Wacken Open Air. For the past 15 years, he has divided his time between progressive metal stalwarts FATES WARNING and former Skid Row vocalist SEBASTIAN BACH's band. In 2021, he landed the coveted drum gig with country music icon GEORGE STRAIT and the ACE IN THE HOLE BAND.

BOBBY JARZOMBEK

Bobby Previte is a composer and performer whose work explores the nexus between notated and improvised music. One of the seminal figures of the 1980s New York 'Downtown' scene, Previte has received multiple awards for music composition including the 2015 Greenfield Prize for Music and a 2012 Guggenheim. His original compositions have been recorded and released on Sony, Elektra, Rykodisc, New World, Cantaloupe and Rarenoise. He leads a plethora of ensembles from his instrument, the drums. Work: BLUEPRINTS, projected/conducted historical fragments (current), RHAPSODY, acoustic song cycle (2018), MASS, metal + medieval (2017), TERMINALS, concertos for soloists and So Percussion, (2014).

Bobby Rock is a world-renowned drummer, the author of nine books, a recognized health-and-fitness specialist, and a devout vegan.

A native Californian, Bobby grew up in Houston, before studying at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. As an accomplished performer and studio drummer, he has worked with a diverse roster of artists, including ex-Kiss guitarist's Vinnie Vincent Invasion, funk-rock pioneers Rare Earth, the multi-platinum Nelson and Slaughter, Alcatrazz (featuring Graham Bonnet), Gary Hoey, Nitro, Hardline, Monster Circus (featuring Dee Snider), The Stu Hamm Band, guitarists Brett Garsed, T.J. Working pro drummer with many local bands in the NJ/NY/PA area. Current member of The Kootz, NJ's busiest classic rock cover band, since 2003. Have recorded two CDs with them, as well as CDs with several other area bands/musicians. Also freelance extensively, with numerous bands, including Well Alright The Rolling Stones Tribute, 461 Clapton Boulevard, Brothers Of The Road Allman Bros. tribute, and many others. Former drum teacher, music journalist, author of the book, "Great Rock Drummers Of The Sixties."

BOB CIANCI

Hailing from Detroit, Bob began playing drums at the age of 8.  Playing in the Concert & Marching bands in high school, he began working professionally at the age of 15 with local bands in the Detroit area.

Soon after he moved to Boston to attend Berklee College of Music, receiving a full scholarship his senior year playing in the prestigious Recording Band.  After graduating with a Bachelor of Music degree, Bob toured, performed and/or recorded with Kilimanjaro, Paul Butterfield, Randy Brecker, Tiger Okoshi, and Rachel Z.

Bob is an in-house drummer at Newbury Sound and Downtown Recorders Studios.

He also was on faculty at Berklee teaching drums & percussion for 2 years.

Bob relocated to Los Angeles where he toured, performed and/or recorded with Max Bennet, Richard Elliot,Melissa Manchester, Peabo Bryson, Bobby Caldwell, Dean Parks, Frank Gambale, Eric Marienthal, Jack Sheldon, Lee Oskar, Ann Margaret, Bette Midler, and Brian Bromberg.

Bob moved back to Nashville for session work & live performances with artists such as Jonell Mosser, John Cowan, Pat Coil, Les Sabler, Jeff Berlin, and Jody Nardone.

Bob Leatherbarrow has been a top drummer both live and in the studios since moving to Los Angeles from Buffalo, NY. He has recorded with every sort of artist from Gordon Lightfoot to Bette Midler, Dolly Parton to Henry Mancini, Nelly Furtado to Five for Fighting. You've heard him on lots of movie and TV soundtracks: The Simpsons, Family Guy, American Dad, Austin Powers 2, Bruce Almighty, Bottle Rocket, Ted, and the 20th Century Fox Fanfare are just a few. A DW artist for more than a decade, Bodo Stricker is managing a busy schedule with multiple bands, playing stages and big festivals around the world as well as studio work in a wide range of styles. Brad Webb is a British drummer, percussionist, singer and producer.

In his early teens, he formed his own band, holding residencies at some of London's most prestigious jazz venues, as well as playing with established names such as Hamish Stuart, Jamie Cullum, guitarist John Jorgenson and singer songwriter Ben Taylor.

Between 2004 and 2006 he toured with the great Amy Winehouse to promote her double platinum- selling debut album 'Frank' and features in her North Sea Jazz Festival performance in the Oscar-winning documentary 'Amy'.

Following these tours, Brad joined the American show Blue Man Group, in which he played for two and a half years in London's West End. He also featured in the company's Amsterdam and Berlin shows and in 2007 performed and trained musicians for the opening of the Blue Man Group Tokyo show.

Brad joined Jamie Cullum's band in 2009 and since then has played over five hundred live shows across the world including performances at Madison Square Garden supporting Billy Joel, Montreux Jazz Festival, Fuji Rocks, The Hollywood Bowl, Glastonbury's Pyramid Stage and two BBC Proms. He has also recorded extensively with Jamie, featuring on the albums 'The Pursuit', 'Momentum', 'Taller', 'The Pianoman At Christmas' and the single 'Please Don't Stop The Music', a song which has had over 23 million streams to date.

Jeff Porcaro discovered the talents of Chris Trujillo early on and chose him to be the percussionist for Toto, up till Porcaro's untimely passing.  The duo's seamless and exciting performances can be seen on the now-famous live Toto concert video, "Live At Montreux", featuring a burning Jeff and Chris solo on their iconic song, Africa.   Drummer/Percussionist Chris Trujillo has played with some of music's biggest names, including Rod Stewart, Tom Petty, Richard Marx, The Black Crowes, Diana Ross, The Hollywood Vampires and Glenn Frey.  His discography includes Toto: Absolutely Live & Kingdom Of Desire; Richard Marx: Rush Street; Chef Aid: South Park Soundtrack;  The Black Crowes: Heartbreak Horizon; Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers: Greatest Hits; Mary Jane's Last Dance: She's The One soundtrack and many more.

Brad Wilk is best known as a member of the rock bands Rage Against the Machine (1991-2000, 2007-2011, 2019-present), Audioslave (2001-2007, 2017), and Prophets of Rage (2016-2019). Wilk started his career as a drummer for Greta in 1990, and helped co-found Rage Against the Machine with Tom Morello and Zack de la Rocha in August 1991. Following that band's breakup in October 2000, Wilk, Morello, Rage Against the Machine bassist Tim Commerford and Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell formed the supergroup Audioslave, which broke up in 2007. From 2016 to 2019, he played in the band Prophets of Rage, with Commerford, Morello, Chuck D, B-Real and DJ Lord. He currently plays in the band Rage Against the Machine following their reunion. Wilk has also performed drums on English metal band Black Sabbath's final album 13, released in June 2013. He briefly played with Pearl Jam shortly after the release of their debut album Ten.

Branden Steineckert is the drummer for the veteran punk band Rancid. His career began with his former band The Used, which Branden founded in 2001. Co-writing, playing on The Used only Platinum albums: self titled, the follow up "In Love and Death", as well as live dvd/cd "Maybe Memories" and "Berth". In 2006 Branden was kicked out of the band due to his choice to live a sober/drug free lifestyle. Three months later he joined Rancid, has released 3 Rancid albums: "Let The Dominoes Fall", "Honor Is All We Know" and "Trouble Maker". Branden does hired drum work, producing/songwriting out of Unknown Studios. He also wrote the official team anthem "Believe" for MLS team Real Salt Lake.

BRANDON MACLIN

Brandon Kyle Saller, born on June 24, 1983, is a versatile American musician known for his roles as lead vocalist, drummer, and songwriter. As the lead vocalist and former drummer of metalcore band Atreyu, Saller has been a driving force behind the band's success. In addition to his vocal duties, he plays a key role in Atreyu's songwriting, contributing to their distinctive sound. Saller briefly focused on his side project, Hell or Highwater, during Atreyu's hiatus in 2011, where he served as the lead vocalist. Returning to Atreyu in 2014, he solidified his position as a full-time member. At 13, Saller joined a street punk band called Retribution, which evolved into Atreyu. Over the years, he transitioned from playing drums to becoming the band's clean vocalist. His vocals, initially confined to choruses, progressively became a significant and integral part of Atreyu's sound. With an impressive discography, Saller continues to leave his mark on the music scene.

I began playing music at the age of 7. Initially starting on piano, I soon found my true calling with Drums and Percussion. I began taking lessons from the renowned Jimmy Glenn Sr., who I studied with privately for 4 years. He encouraged me to play in band at school, which I did from grades 9-12. During this time I played in Marching Band, Jazz Band, Symphonic Band, and Percussion Ensemble. I found this to be an invaluable experience and strongly encourage every aspiring drummer to do so.
While I enjoy all types of music, my true love has always been Heavy Metal. I have played in many different bands over the years, such as a Steel Drum Band, Polka Band, Top 40 Band, Wedding Band, Orchestra Band, Musical band (Theatre), and even a Jazz Band.  I played my first live show at the age of 15, began recording at 17, started touring at 18, and began touring internationally at 25.

I am most known for playing in the International Heavy Metal Band "Iced Earth" off and on from 1996 through to the indefinite hiatus the band is now on. With Iced Earth I toured extensively throughout North America, South America, Europe, Australia, China, Mexico, and Middle America. We performed in front of audiences as large as 80,000, sharing the stage with such notable bands as Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, and Pantera among countless others.

Some of my favorite drummers and biggest influences are Deen Castronova, Gene Hoglan, Bill Ward, Mitch Mitchell, Vinnie Paul, Neil Peart, and Scott Rockenfield.

I have recorded well over 30 albums thus far in my career, as well as been on 3 DVDs (Iced Earth), and several live albums.

My main band currently is Out of Darkness. We have a new album simply titled "Out of Darkness" which will be released on February 23, 2024.

BRIAN DUNNE

Brian Flenniken is an American drummer, percussionist and songwriter. Originally from a small town near Denver CO Brian was a member of the 1992 Colorado All State Jazz ensemble. Those fundamentals paved the way to eventually join and tour worldwide with the Santa Barbara CA based Mad Caddies, a Dixie/Rock/Reggae mashup. Studio recordings "Just One More" and "Keep it Going" as well as the live in Toronto "Songs in the Key of Eh?" were all released via Fat Wreck Chords throughout the 2000's. Brian returned to his Colorado roots in 2007 and continues to write, record and perform, most notably playing cajon and percussion in the "Tuneweavers Collective", an acoustic Americana/folk quintet.

Brian Hays began playing drums at 11 years old after his parents bought him a snare drum to learn to learn on.  Eventually the hobby turned to a passion and Brian took his love of drums to the stage, having played his first concert performance at the age of 16 (sneaking into the clubs around Houston, TX).   Over the years, Brian has played with many great Texas artists including Rosebud, LL Cooper, The Sonnier Brothers, & Podunk.  Today, Brian continues to play with Podunk, The Black Rose (Black Crowes Tribute) and several other side projects.
